To me it is evident that there is something more than what meets the eye. Did the SA govt deny the deal purely on non-technology reasons? I do not think so. To me, it seems that there was a strong underlying technology focus that went below this sentiment. Probably something that GOI missed out and SA found out. I know what that is, and I know it was good for telecom and our community.
